Intro
Problem
Not long after their first successful launch, the founder, founder Sienna felt that the website no longer fully reflected where the brand was heading. She wanted to create a more elevated storefront experience – one that better represented the identity of the brand and gave it more room to speak to its audience.
Approach
I started with an audit of the existing storefront and worked closely with Sienna to review the site, including customer behaviour through heatmaps. From there, we identified opportunities to help customers explore the CHOPIT product line in a more engaging and visual way. With CHOPIT’s strong brand imagery as the foundation, I developed a series of custom sections, refined the typography, and improved several existing components throughout the site. The focus was to let the products and imagery take centre stage while making CHOPIT’s personality, product qualities and brand values more prominent throughout the shopping experience.
